A full arch means all the teeth in the upper or lower jaw. Replacing a few teeth and replacing a full arch are different treatments. Your examination helps us recommend only the care you need.

Keep teeth that can be saved

Gum treatment, restorations or repairs may be appropriate. If only a few teeth are missing, individual implants, a bridge or a partial denture may be considered instead of replacing an entire arch.

Fixed full-arch teeth

Several implants support a bridge replacing all teeth in one arch. It stays attached for daily life; you do not take it out at night. The dental team removes it when necessary. It needs daily cleaning and regular professional care.

Removable replacement teeth

Conventional dentures rest on the gums. Implant-supported removable dentures attach to implants for support, but you still remove them for cleaning. These are not the same as fixed full-arch teeth, and costs and maintenance differ.

Same-day temporary teeth are possible only in suitable cases. Implant stability, bone, gum health and healing can change the timing. We do not guarantee same-day teeth or suitability for implants.

No. The amount of sound tooth structure, root condition, infection and gum support all matter. An examination and appropriate imaging help determine whether a tooth can be restored or whether removal and replacement should be considered.

What if my crowns or bridge keep failing?

We look for the cause and evaluate the supporting teeth. Repair or replacement may be possible. If several supporting teeth have a poor prognosis, broader replacement options may be discussed; a failed crown or bridge alone does not mean you need full-arch implants.

How much does full-arch treatment cost?

Is financing available?

Will I get teeth on the day implants are placed?

Some suitable patients can receive fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery. This depends on the examination, bone, implant stability and the treatment plan. Others need a different temporary solution or healing time. Same-day teeth are not guaranteed; final teeth follow healing.
